Just when you thought you had finished, the Leagues need a bit too! With the exception of the U8s everybody else needs to fill in these extra bits.

STROUD & DISTRICT (U13 and U16 w.e.f 31st Aug 07)

In order for an individual to play in either the Stroud & District Youth League (currently the U13s and U16s) you must complete the leagues registration form and provide a copy of your passport or NHS card or Birth Certificate, together with two passport size photographs to qualify for a Player's I.D Card

If you already have an ID card it must be returned to your manager with the league registration documents such that it cna be revalidated by S&DYL. 11 players must be re-registered by no later than 1st Sep 2007.
