The world requires some form filling in and Slimbridge YFC is regrettably no different. We require all new members and their parents/guardians to complete the following registration details:

Medical Form 2007 - 2008
SYFC Code of Conduct (Parents)
SYFC Code of Conduct (Players)
Sign On fees are £25 and £15 (post XMAS). Match Fees are £1.50. Kit (excluding shin pads and football boots) are provided by the club for return when you leave in reasonable condition. Please note that Sign On fees are non refundable.
