SLIMBRIDGE INVADERS U13'S - 5 EASTCOMBE U13’S - 3

 

Slimbridge raced into a 2 goal lead with superb strikes from Jacob Beeson and Josh Pritchard.

Although Eastcombe did pull a goal back before half time, Slimbridge never really looked they were going to lose this game.

The second half started in the same vain with 2 goals from Chris Hyam, 1 of which was a stunning strike from outside the box. Another fine goal by Dan Wilson secured the victory, but Eastcombe managed 2 more goals to ensure the game was entertaining until the final whistle. 

MOTM - Joel Ash whose tireless running kept the Slimbridge midfield tight.
